We are happy to refund any purchases in full provided they are returned to the address below, within 10 working days of receipt. All orders are shipped with a prepaid FedEx return waybill. Simply re-package the items you wish to return, attach the waybill and contact your nearest FedEx office to arrange collection. Please note:
The FedEx return waybill is ONLY valid for 15 days from the date the goods were dispatched.
Orders that were shipped with FedEx will only be refunded for the value of the goods purchased and not the shipping.
Only products that are in their original condition and packaging, and clothing that has not been worn, washed or altered will be refunded.
We do not offer any refunds on lubricants, or nutrition products.

You MUST email email@example.com stating your name, invoice number and details of the items that you wish to return within 10 days of receiving the product. Please state whether you require a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the items, we will refund you for the items returned deducting only the R85.00 shipping fee [we do not charge an additional administration fee]. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing. The credit will appear on your original form of payment.
Hassle free returns
Shipping is FREE within South Africa on purchases in excess of R750.00. Orders less than R750.00 will accrue a shipping cost of R85.00 including V.A.T.
All orders will be shipped with FedEx, serviced in South Africa through www.supaswift.co.za. A tracking number will be issued and emailed as soon as your order has been processed. Due to the varying nature of the products we sell, packages will be sent with varying delivery services:
Medium items [under 5kg] will be shipped via FDX2: a 48-hour service.
Large items [over 5kg] will be shipped via FDX3: a 72-hour service.
